Why can't I use my One4all card online? ›

Spending your One4all Gift Card online

Check our list of online retailers to make sure the retailer accepts One4all Gift Cards online. Please make sure that the total cost of your basket is equal to or lower than the value of the One4all, as most online stores will not accept multiple payment methods.

To spend in-store, simply click the 'Spend In-Store' button below your gift card and download the One4all app to your device. Log in with your One4all account (the same details you used earlier) and you'll have access to your gift card. If you have an iPhone, use this app to load your gift card into your Apple Pay app.

10.1 You may at any time request repayment of the remaining credit balance on the Card by calling us on 01 870 8111 and quoting your Card number. You must not use your Card after you ask us to repay the balance to you.

One4all Gift Cards can be spent free of charges for 18 months following the purchase date (i.e. when the card was bought from a Post Office or online). After this time a monthly charge of 90p will be deducted from funds remaining on the card, until the card balance reaches zero.
