If you let us know in less than 24 hours there will be a penalty charge added to your account.This slot can then be used by another customer and we ask you to think of others.-Failure to make your pre-arranged collection slot will be charged at £10.00 and added to your next bill.- If you don't collect your items within the 5 working days timeframe, youwill incur astorage fee penaltyof£25 per dayfor up to a maximum of 5 working days.- If your items have still not been collected after the additional 5 working days, your items will be re-entered into auction and you will receive aFULL REFUNDfor the itemsminusthe £25 per day storage fee charges applicable on your account.
